Shipping & Deliveries
- Delivery Charges: Delivery will depend on your order quantity. The delivery will be calculated at the end of your purchase.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders placed between Monday-Thursday will be dropped off at the courier between Friday-Sunday ( Courier guys will pick up and begin deliveries on Monday).
- *NOTE* Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be dispatched the following weekend for delivery. (i.e, An order is placed on Sunday 20 April, it will be dispatched between
- Courier and delivery timing: Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the day of the courier receiving the order. Should there be a delay in deliveries, the customer will be advised accordingly.
- All deliveries are to be accepted by the customer and not by a third party. Padel Buddy does not take responsibility for any parcels accepted by third parties or for any incorrect delivery details.
- Please Note: Orders placed in bulk may take 15-25 working days to ship due to a high volume of orders and manufacturing time.
- Receiving Orders: All orders will need to be signed by the customer who has ordered the goods, not a third party. Should the third party sign for an order, Padel Buddy will not be liable for any loss or damage of the product. We strongly urge all customers to personally accept their orders to avoid this.
