Returns & Refunds

  • Padel Buddy needs to be advised of all returns within 7 days after receipt of the order.
  • The provision of goods and services by Padel Buddy is subject to availability. In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, manufacturing queue, or any defects during the manufacturing process, we will refund a client in full within 30 days.
  • All returns will be at the cost of the customer, and the customer is responsible for returning the parcel using their own courier.
  • Padel Buddy shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from a return not being delivered to us.
  • Items need to be returned with the following conditions:
    • Original proof of invoice is presented.
    • The product is in its original or the same condition and packaging.
    • The product has not been worn or used.
    • Retain a copy of the invoice/order at all times.
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
    • Returns will be processed within 10 business days of being received by Padel Buddy.
  • If your item is defective, it can be returned in line with the company’s terms and conditions for inspection. If found to be defective, you are entitled to:
    • A full refund.
    • The product being repaired or replaced at the expense of Padel Buddy (excluding courier fees).
    • Please note: The decision to repair or replace depends on availability and other circumstances.
  • If the product is not defective, you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. The items will be returned to you, and the cost of the return and delivery back to you will be your responsibility.
  • Common reasons for rejecting a claim include, but are not limited to:
    • Normal wear & tear.
    • Damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
    • Damage caused by incorrect care of the product.
    • Unauthorized repairs or changes to the product.
  • Replacements: Replacement items will be sent if stock is available. If out of stock, Customer Services will contact you to arrange a suitable time for replacement.
  • Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 10 days of the returned item being cleared by Customer Services. Refunds will be made back to the form of payment (EFT or card). Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if manufacturing has not started on custom orders. Orders can be canceled for standard models if the order has not been dispatched. Once the stock has left with the courier, cancellations are not accepted.
